Spiritual Growth

The ultimate mystery of human life is the spiritual universe of eternal love and consciousness and our connection to it. There does seem to be theoretical evidence that we, as humans, are imprinted within our psyche the instinctual desire to return to that source of light and love. It is difficult to fully comprehend or articulate what that truly implies for everyone, but many of my clients, including myself, have had profound spiritual experiences in the Integrative Breathwork sessions, so we know personally how significant these experiences are to each of us at a very deep level.

There are so many of my clients who, before the Breathwork experience, felt disconnected from their “Source”, and lost for various reasons. Or, they may have practiced many different spiritual modalities, but had never had the opportunity to experience a deep, transcendental state where a direct experience with the divine becomes a profound and life changing experience.

But those working with me have experienced a personal and intimate union with the light and infinite possibilities available to them. Or, they may have met with a Spirit Guide, a loved one who has passed, been given instructions on how to proceed with some life decision, or in one of the infinite number of ways that the spiritual world will communicate. They emerged on the other side feeling a sense of awe and gratitude for the messages they received from spirit and their transcendental experience.

Integrative Breathwork has no definitions or boundaries around religions or beliefs. The experience is yours and yours alone, so all beliefs are welcome and are meant for your own personal spiritual growth.

You, too, can have that connection to Spirit through the process of Psycho-Spiritual Integrative Breathwork.

Personal Growth

Most of my clients have considered their lives normal and happy, having weathered the stresses of life unscathed, but they were curious about their own inner landscape and what the journey within their own consciousnes held for them. I was one of those individuals and the Psycho-Spiritual Integrative Breathwork process revealed many significant, meaningful messages about myself that I never would have realized, had I not had the opportunity to explore this path inward. They felt the same way, and were amazed with their experiences and how much growth and transformation occurred for them.

Professional Growth

We are living in a world that sometimes requires us to stay in unfulfilled professions or compromises our integrity, because the bottom line is, we need to pay our bills. So many of my clients felt stuck in a career that did not suit them or felt frustrated on how to find their life’s purpose.

There are so many people who struggle with these difficult choices, but the Integrative Breathwork process can reveal the way to navigate the terrain of your professional life from a very deep place within your consciousness, with direction and hope.

Anxiety, Stress, Depression

Feeling Stressed, Sad, Isolated, or Insignificant?

The chaotic world we live in can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression if we don’t have a place to go inward.

I’ve listened to the cries of distress of the brokenhearted who have been unheard or misunderstood by their family members, close friends, and co-workers. Often times it’s been from something held deeply within, which hasn’t been acknowledged or expressed, that blanketed their lives with a profound sadness, depression, or anxiety leading to loneliness and isolation.

Since I work holistically with each client, the body, emotions, mind, and spirit are guided and nurtured to uncover the answers you need so you no longer have to carry the weight of this heavy energy which has been holding you back from living the life you desire. You don’t have to remain isolated and alone any longer because you can attain the self-esteem and self-empowerment you’ve been seeking through the Integrative Breathwork process.

When you become a part of the “Path to Transcendence” community, you will be embraced in arms of compassion and acceptance.

Relationship Issues

Have you been Caught In An Endless Cycle of Unhealthy Relationships?

Those I work with who have relationship issues consistently experience one unhealthy relationship after another, whether it be with their significant other, friends, or co-workers. They are unconsciously attracting the same kind of person into their lives over and over again. Clients I work with who are in unhealthy long term relationships feel frustrated, because the same issues continue to arise and repeat consistently without any resolution.

How can this unhealthy relationship pattern change for you?

When in an altered state unacknowledged core patterns are accessed. Then, we’re able to define what draws you into unhealthy relationships, so you no longer have to fall into the same endless traps. Once these patterns are revealed, there is a profound understanding and shift inside of you, so you can begin the journey toward loving, intimate, and long-lasting relationships.

Physical Issues with an Emotional Component

Is the Source of your Physical Pain, Emotional?

Holistically speaking there may be an emotional, mental, or spiritual component linked to the physical body. Candace Pert, Ph.D., author of Molecules of Emotions and researcher in the area of mind/body medicine, has proven that we store repressed emotions in our neuro-chemical network linking the emotional body and the physical body. Her research has shown us that “we can no longer think of the emotions as having less validity than the physical, material substance, but instead must see them as cellular signals that are involved in the process of translating information into physical reality. Emotions are at the nexus between the matter and mind.” The body is speaking to us through pain or dis-ease and may be connected on all levels of consciousness.

We all have some physical issues, which may be the body’s way of alerting us to heal our past emotional issues. Headaches, stomach aches, muscular aches and pains, menstrual cramps, long term coughs, and physical discomfort: each are experienced in the body, but many begin and are maintained by emotions.

Through the use of Breathwork techniques the repressed emotions connected to the messages of your body may be experienced, expressed, and understood at a deep level.

Candace Pert, PhD
Researcher and Author: Molecules of Emotions

Quote from “Molecules of Emotions:

“I believe all emotions are healthy, because emotions are what unite the mind and the body. Anger, fear, and sadness, the so-called negative emotions, are as healthy as peace, courage, and joy. To repress these emotions and not let them flow freely is to set up a dis-integrity in the system, causing it to act at cross-purposes rather than as a unified whole. The stress this creates, which takes the form of blockages and insufficient flow of peptide signals to maintain function at the cellular level, is what sets up weakened conditions that can lead to disease. All honest emotions are positive emotions.

Health is not just a matter of thinking ‘happy thoughts’. Sometimes the biggest impetus to healing can come from jump-starting the immune system with a burst of long-suppressed anger. The key is to express it, and then let it go, so that it doesn’t fester, or build, or escalate out of control.”

Patterns of Addiction

Many of my clients have dealt with addictions such as eating disorders, alcohol and drug addictions, co-dependency and many other forms of addiction.

According to Jacquelyn Small, in her book Transformers: “Addiction is more than a concept, it cannot be contained within a definition. It is a miscreation of the Soul’s intention. The spiritual predicament is the felt gap between the personality distortion and the perfection our Soul is seeking to give form in the world. The presence of the addiction presents us with an opportunity for growth. It has arrived to force us to look at ourselves, specifically at those strengths and natural qualities of our Essence the addiction is masking.”

The Soul is a creative energy by nature and is searching for an outlet and the potentiality of that creativity is numbed when an addiction is present.

The wounded Ego/Personality self is searching “outside” of itself, but the Soul, the inner wisdom teacher and healer, holds the key to breakthrough to your highest potential.

In the Integrative Breathwork process and the intuitive arts, the wounds of the Ego can be explored and expressed in a loving and compassionate environment which liberates and transforms your life into one guided by your Soul’s intention… A life of creativity, contribution,
and growth.

Abuse, Grief, Trauma

There are so many people who have experienced the overwhelming pain of abuse, grief, and various other traumas. These types of distressing experiences are held at a very deep level within the psyche and the body. There may be no other way to fully access and express this type of trauma, but this deep seated pain can be transformned through the Integrative Breathwork process.
