Integrative Breathwork
Integrative Breathwork utilizes deep connective breath, evocative cultural music, intuitive bodywork, and symbolic artwork to transcend the limitations of the analytical mind and access the intuition and the deeper strata of the subconscious.

Attending a session will give you a much deeper understanding of yourself and how to create your "new" life consciously and with intent.
If you are a new client, please complete the Medical Intake Form prior to registering for an upcoming session. Existing clients should complete a new form only if you have experienced health changes since I last worked with you.
